CapitaOne is a loyalty membership programme by CapitaLand Development (Vietnam), designed to offer privileges and benefits to Buyers based on CapitaLand Development (Vietnam)’s portfolio of properties developed in Vietnam and/or its affiliates (“Developer”).

CapitaOne is effective from 26 January 2026 until further notice.

This program is exclusively applicable to Buyers (including individuals and organizations) who have signed one (1) or more of the following agreements with the Developer: Escrow Agreement, Sales and Purchase Agreement, Long-term Lease Agreement, and Transfer Agreement with confirmation from the Developer, herein collectively refer to as the “Agreements” for at least one (01) apartment, low-rise house, commercial unit, office-tel and/or other type of product (applicable at the Developers’ discretion from time to time) invested and built by the Developer.

In cases of joint ownership, only the primary buyer listed first in the Agreements shall be entitled to membership.

Accumulated Value is defined as the total value of all The Agreements signed.

Tiers are determined based on Accumulated Value. The system automatically updates the tier once eligibility is met.

Tier structure:

• Silver: Accumulated Value below VND 10 billion
• Gold: Accumulated Value from VND 10 billion to below VND 50 billion
• Platinum: Accumulated Value from VND 50 billion to below VND 100 billion
• Diamond: Accumulated Value of VND 100 billion and above

Any discount applicable to a Next Purchase shall be determined based on the Buyer’s active
Membership Tier at the time of signing of the Escrow Confirmation Form and/or Deposit Confirmation Form, and such applicability shall be subject to verification and final confirmation by the Developer.

Members are entitled to a tier-based discount when purchasing new properties from the Developer.

Discount rates:

• Silver: Discount 1.0%
• Gold: Discount 1.5%
• Platinum: Discount 2.0%
• Diamond: Discount 3.0%

Other benefits (if any) will be announced by the Developer from time to time, according to each program at the Developer’s discretion.

Any benefits not listed in the tier table must be officially announced before implementation.

Yes. The system will automatically adjust the tier upward or downward based on changes in accumulated ownership value.

If the eligibility criteria are not met, or if the Developer confirms that there is no longer any accumulated ownership value, the membership status will be revoked. Consequently,all CapitaOne benefits will no longer apply.

Upon membership revocation: (1) record supporting evidence, (2) issue an official notification, (3) update the system status, (4) suspend any pending benefits.
